My 'Reflective Guided Meditation' sessions are a form of energy work which allow us to transcend old patterns and habits.
Whether it's doubt, fear, or conflicting beliefs, I guide you through a relaxing meditation and then speak to your subconscious and reflect your strengths, truths, and affirmations back to you.
We all have challenges, but we also have the solutions.
Before the meditation, we engage in a dialogue to understand what you're currently faced with, and what you wish to overcome.
After the meditation, we continue our dialogue and discover action steps to implement based on our new perspective gained during the meditation.
All sessions are conducted over Google hangouts, and last from 1-1.5 hours.
